CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
At Go Safari Go, we value our guests and understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy for our travel packages, safari bookings, and hotel bookings:
CANCELLATION TIMELINE
- Full Refund:
Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund. Any remittance charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount. - Partial Refunds:
- Cancellations made between 89 to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a deduction of 25% of the total invoice amount.
- Cancellations made between 59 to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a deduction of 50% of the total invoice amount.
- No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refund.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds, will be creadited do your orignal payment mathod within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless specified otherwise by GoSafariGo.
- Return will be processed within 15 business days from the date of the cancelation
REMITTANCE CHARGES
Remittance charges, if any, will be deducted from the refunded amount during the refund process.
PARTIAL CANCELLATIONS
For group bookings or multi-service bookings (e.g., safari + hotel), the refund policy will apply to the specific cancelled service(s) as per the cancellation timeline outlined above.
FORCE MAJEURE
In case of unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, GoSafariGo reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation policy.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
Certain services, such as permits, government safari tickets, and other non-refundable items, will not qualify for refunds, regardless of the cancellation timeline.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend our guests procure comprehensive travel insurance to cover any potential disruptions or unforeseen changes to their travel plans.
COMMUNICATION
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or other official communication channels provided by GoSafariGo.
