Identification: The ID used during booking must match the one you present at the park’s entry gate. Accepted IDs include a driving license, voter ID, PAN card, passport, or Aadhaar card. For foreign tourists, a valid passport is required.

Booking Packages: Online safari packages cover various costs, including Jeep rental, guide fees, driver charges, permit fees, and even one camera permit. Additional services, like hotel pickup and drop-off, service charges, and processing fees, are also included. All payments must be completed during the booking process.

Hotel Pickup & Drop-off: Tourists can choose their preferred pickup and drop-off options (hotel/resort/reception) when booking online.

Gate & Zone Selection: When booking, you must select your preferred gate and safari zone. Once chosen, these cannot be changed. Your safari permit will be valid for the specified zone and gate only, and you’ll enter and exit through the same gate. Vehicle charges may vary depending on your booking type.

Safari Rules & Regulations: Pench National Park follows strict rules. Stepping out of the vehicle is prohibited during the safari. Your guide will ensure that all rules are followed, and visitors must adhere to the guide’s instructions.

Plan Your Safari Wisely:

  • Avoid Multiple Gates: To prevent delays and disappointments, avoid booking safaris from different gates on the same day. The gates are 40 km apart, which could lead to missed safaris if you cannot reach them on time.
  • Comfortable Jeep Safaris: For a more enjoyable experience, limit your group to four people per Jeep. Although a Jeep can accommodate six, a smaller group ensures a more comfortable and personalized safari.
  • Bring Hard Copies: Always carry a printed copy of your booking voucher. Soft copies will not be accepted at the entry gate, and without a hard copy, you may be denied entry.
  • Valid Identification: Ensure you have the same original ID used during booking. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the park, resulting in a missed safari.
